Shortly after Taj's birthday, our Spanish friends Pilar, Mike and Alex stayed with us for a short visit. The last time we had all seen each other was probably about 6 years ago. In fact, there was no Nalini, no Taj and no Alex back then (can you imagine??). Theis visit was a cause for much celebration - we rented a miniman (that's how Nalini calls those bog seven passenger cars :) ) and we charged to check out the scene in downtown Palo Alto. Then the inevitable happened: we ended up at Bucca di Beppo's...

Pilar and Ana took the evening to catch up. So many years without seeing each other, you can imagine how much there was to tell each other!The night had a golden end with one of Beppo's unforgettable tiramisus. We had lots of fun seeing our friends again, and can't wait to visit them in Spain as soon as we can get there!
