Ana opens her eyes at the sounds of the little feet crossing the kitchen. One look around the bedroom reveals a catastrophic mess of clothes all over the floor - Nalini has been helping with the laundry again. Jamila wakes up as the door opens. "Hello Baby" is what we hear first. Taj had been quietly nursing for the past hour, but now he starts to coo and laugh out loud - it's party time! Jamila takes Taj into his arms as Nalini takes over with the nursing - it's so good to hang out in bed with everyone else! Taj is now leaking everywhere, and Nalini stops nursing to help clean it up. Next thing we know she's standing up on the bed, singing an aria of her own composition. It is 6:30 am local time on a Sunday morning, and everything points to a beautiful day start - if only we could get another half hour of sleep...

Nalini has such a beautiful voice! Can't you convince the kids to postpone the fun for just thirty minutes longer? I'm sure they'll listen to a well-reasoned argument. Esme ALWAYS does. ;)
