My first Date

Last week, our friend Mike came to spend the day with us, and we had a lot of fun with him. But the one who enjoyed his visit the most was Nalini - Mike spent a lot of time with her, just playing and hanging out. At the end of the day, he took her to the park and helped her out with the slide, swings, etc. After dinner, Mike was ready to head back home, and Nalini set her heart to leave with him. As he approached the door, she ran for her purse (that's one purse Ana is never gonna be able to claim back!) and waved Ana and Jamila bye-bye. She was going on a date with Mike, we needn't wait for her to get back home before we went to bed. They headed outside together, Nalini got into the car (in fact, she took over the driver's seat), and just told Mike - "Don't worry, I'm driving tonight.". It took Ana a lot of convincing to get her little girl back inside the house. We waved Mike bye-bye from the living room and, as soon as the car turned around the corner, Nalini ran for Jamila's cell-phone. Guess what she did with it? She called Mike - that's right! She just wanted to thank him once again for the fun time they had together, and wish him a good night :).

So sweet...
